An article in Food Engineering led me to ask more questions.
Being a survivor of the Vietnam War and agent-orange (glyphosates), I have been plagued with cancers of various types. After reading the detailed document “The Poison in Our Daily Bread”. I was struck by the fact that most industrial farming operations (possibly all) use glyphosate-based defoliants for various uses and reasons, as are described in the documents that followed. Question: Have there been studies of these and other products to assess the levels of glyphosates?
