Women in Technology: Triumphs and Barriers [infographic]

March is Women's History Month! The Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, National Endowment for the Humanities, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum join in paying tribute to the generations of women whose commitment to nature and the planet have proved invaluable to society.

Since we have 30 years in the technology business, we want to take a moment to celebrate and pay tribute to women in technology.

While women continue to blaze new trails in several notable positions at the forefront of big tech companies, they are the exception to the rule.

As an example, the Professional Women in the Washington, D.C. Technology Community are being recognized for their extraordinary vision.

Women in Technology (WIT), the premier organization contributing to the success of professional women in the Washington, D.C.-area technology community, announced the finalists for the 17th Annual Leadership Awards. This annual awards program identifies, recognizes and celebrates female professionals who are leaders in the technology field and who bring a unique vision and talent to the industry. :Learn more about the finalists for the 17th Annual Women in Technology Leadership Awards here >
